Miles has worked for over a decade in the organ, eye, and tissue donation field where her mission has been to optimize ways to support families in acute grief after the loss of a loved one. Prior to donation, she was an educator and lover of language - forever in admiration of the ways people connect to each other through words. One of her passions is "solidifying the soft skills," finding unique ways to get to the heart of the matter and improve processes for her teams. She joins Help Texts to help donation agencies better support their families and raise community awareness about the impact of donation on donor families and recipients alike.
