In order to receive customized support from Help Texts, our subscribers must complete the registration form. You are required to provide your name, the name and date of death of the deceased, and your mobile number. This information is used to send support content to your mobile phone. At your option, you may choose to provide additional demographic information such as your gender, the cause of death of the deceased, and more. This additional information helps us to tailor the support we provide, but is not required. You can (and should) provide only the additional demographic data you are comfortable providing.
To purchase a Help Texts subscription you must provide financial information (credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your subscription request. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
Cookies
We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site.
