End of Life Doula & Grief Coach
Lori is a seasoned hospice-trained bereavement group facilitator and an INELDA-trained End of Life Doula. With a professional coaching credential (PCC) from the ICF, Lori specializes in End of Life and Grief Coaching. She completed the Aid in Dying Doula training through The American Clinicians Academy on Medical Aid in Dying.
As the lead facilitator for Empowered Endings MAiD Bereavement Support Groups and MAiD Prep and Education Support Groups, Lori adeptly guides patients and loved ones through their dying and grieving journeys. She offers emotional, spiritual, and practical support to those choosing to die by MAiD before, during, and after.
Lori also leads the Healing Hearts Bereavement Program for MIB Agents, a prominent pediatric Osteosarcoma nonprofit. In addition, she facilitates bereavement support groups for the Fanconi Anemia Foundation.
Lori's compassionate approach involves "holding hands" with her clients as they navigate life's deepest emotions and challenges. Through education, coping tools, and fostering hope, she creates a supportive space for individuals to process grief and find new perspectives for the future.
