Help Texts' founder & CEO, Emma Payne, was pleased to contribute to the National Bereavement Alliance's webinar on AI and grief. With the need for expert bereavement care continuing to grow, and less trained professionals able to provide this care, Emma and the other presenters in the UK explored the role of technologies such as text messaging, in the delivery of grief support today, but also their ability to contribute to the development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and ethical AI.
