Brandi Nichols, LMFT, BSN
Founder, Hope for Healers
Brandi has been working in the healthcare industry for the last twenty years. Her realization that the separation of mental health from the medical model was hurting not just the patients, but also healthcare workers, led her to bring healing first to herself and then to other healthcare workers.
Brandi has successfully coached healthcare workers through burnout by creating space for healing through acknowledgment and release of the stress and trauma stored in their body. Letting go of these negative experiences, strengthens their connection to others and brings clarity to their passion and purpose. She has also led trainings on topics such as emotion regulation, conflict resolution and effective communication. Brandi has created and led various support groups and trainings related to grief, chronic pain, imposter syndrome and burnout. Now she has taken these experiences and knowledge and formed a nonprofit, Hope for Healers, to advocate for meaningful mental health support amid the pandemic.
