Michael Stein

Finance and Strategy

Mike has an extensive background in investment banking, capital markets and private equity. He began his career as a Financial Analyst with Salomon Brothers in New York in 1993. From 1998 through 2006, he worked as a Director of Equity Sales for Moscow-based, United Financial Group, where he was also a partner. From 2007-2010, Mr. Stein worked in private equity and co-founded one of Ukraine’s largest prefabricated homebuilding companies. Starting in 2018, he has built two successful business in Canada and helped advise a number of startups on capital raising and Go-To-Market strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honour’s) from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
